ABOUT MICHAEL

Attorney Michael A. Van Horne practices business law, transactional real estate law (including buying, selling, exchanging, financing, and leasing real property with an emphasis on tax planning and structuring), estate and trust planning and estate and trust administration. As a second-generation San Diegan with more than 40 years of experience in his field, Michael has the legal and tax knowledge you need to help your business and real estate investments grow. In addition to his thorough comprehension of the law, Michael is a truly great listener who prides himself on taking the extra time he needs to understand his clients' goals and concerns throughout the process.

Michael is an active member of the San Diego North Rotary Club and served on the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council and the Rancho Penasquitos Community Pride Association. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of San Diego County Crime Stoppers, California Crime Stoppers and Rebuilding Together San Diego. He is a member of several sections of the California State Bar and San Diego County Bar. When he's not practicing law, Michael enjoys frequenting the beach, attending live theater shows and drinking craft beer.
